1 STICK BUTTER (ROOM TEMP)
1 EGG
1 TSP. VANILLA
1 18 OZ BOZ CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR, FOR DUSTING
●PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEG
●IN A LARGE BOWL, CREAM THE CREAM CHEESE AND BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH.
●BEAT IN THE EGG AND THEN THE VANILLA EXTRACT.
●BEAT IN THE CAKE MIX.
●COVER AND REFRIDGERATE FOR 2 HOURS TO FIRM UP SO THE BATTER CAN BE FORMED INTO BALLS.
●ROLL THE BATTER INTO BALLS AND THEN ROLL THEM IN CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR.
●PLACE ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.
●BAKE FOR 12 MINS.
●THE COOKIES WILL REMAIN SOFT AND 'GOOEY'.
●COOL COMPLETELY AND DUST WITH MORE SUGAR IF DESIRED.
