1          4-5 LB BONE IN/SKIN ON TURKEY BREAST
1          PACKAGE THICK CUT BACON (WHATEVER YOUR FAV IS)
            EVOO (EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL)

●WASH AND PAT DRY THE TURKEY BREAST.
●GIVE THE BREAST SOME LOVE WITH THE EVOO...MASSAGE WELL.
●WRAP THE TURKEY BREAST WITH THE BACON, TOOTHPICK (OPTIONAL) TO STAY ON.
●PLACE TURKEY BREAST WITH BACON INTO A ROASTING PAN
●PLACE IN 350DEG OVEN

●WHEN THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES ABOUT 110DEG, REMOVE BACON FROM TURKEY BREAST.
●PLACE TURKEY BREAST BACK INTO OVEN AND CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 165DEG.

●REMOVE FROM OVEN, TENT WITH FOIL FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINS.
●THE BACON CAN BE USED FOR SANDWICHES THE FOLLOWING DAY OR ANY OTHER RECIPE YOU MAY NEED BACON FOR (OR JUST FOR SNACKING WHILE EVERYTHING ELSE COOKS....SHHH...I WON'T TELL ANYONE...)
